ACCUPLACER
ACCUPLACER测试 scores are used to place students into courses that are appropriate for their academic skill level and to determine a student’s placement in:
- College-level courses (classes with course numbers 100 and above)
- Developmental Education courses (classes with course numbers under 100)
You may not need to take the entire ACCUPLACER if
- You are enrolling in less than 6 credits 和 will not accumulate more than 6 credits 和 are taking a class with no prerequisites. OR
- You have successfully completed 大学 coursework at another 大学 or university. 联系顾问 to determine if you need to complete Accuplacer OR
- You have taken the 坐 or 行为 test within the past two years and scored at or above the required scores for individual sections as indicated below:

Guidelines for Placement

Things to remember on the day of the test:

Some students may be exempt from parts of the ACCUPLACER测试 under two conditions:
– 学生 who have taken the 行为 or 坐 test within the past two years and scored appropriately in the individual 英语,阅读 or 数学 tests do not have to take the corresponding ACCUPLACER测试:
- 行为 19 or higher in English score, or 坐 480 or higher in 阅读/写作 score, exempts you from the ACCUPLACER writing test.

These students should first see an advisor or counselor before taking the ACCUPLACER测试. Documentation is required and must be reviewed by an advisor to determine which portions of the ACCUPLACER测试 are needed for course placement. You will need to bring an unofficial copy of your 大学 transcript or ASSET/ACCUPLACER scores when you come to the 建议 Center to see an advisor. Without documentation, students will be required to take the entire ACCUPLACER测试 for course placement. Placement test scores from other 大学s and universities that are not ASSET or ACCUPLACER scores cannot be used for course placement at bbin信誉网站.
